TASTING NOTES | A dry style of Riesling with notes of spring white flowers and tangerine peel mingled with
accents of wet slate. Elegant and inviting on the palate, crisp pear and lime zest highlights are
underscored by a bright acidity and lingering mineral notes that seamlessly glide into a clean and vibrant
finish.

WINEMAKER NOTES | A Paul Hobbs project. This is the inaugural vintage from their steep-sloped estate
nestled along Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes. Paul is the only project that runs his vines
perpendicular to the lake in the area to capture the “lake effect” giving the grapes a stunning
minerality.
