ABOUT THE WINEMAKER | Lia Tolaini-Banville produces the wines of Donna Laura in tribute to her Aunt Laura, who instilled in Lia a love of Italian food, wine, and culture. Ali, named for Lia’s daughter, carries on this tradition. Donna Laura Ali is a classic red from Tuscany with characteristic of cherry, tobacco, and leather that typify the varietal. The focus on elegance and purity of fruit results in food-friendly wines that compliment every dinner table.
TASTING NOTES | This wine has aromas of juicy red berry fruit. Medium-bodied and soft on the palate, with balanced acidity and ripe tannins. Delicious with pastas, grilled meats, yet also very drinkable without food.
