Tasting notes: A fuller-bodied white that has both delicate aromatics and some creamy weight on the palate. One might call it a “red-wine-drinkers-white-wine” or a “winter white” wine for heavier dishes and colder temperatures.

About the Vineyard:

The vineyards are located alongside three great geographical references: from the northern boundary in Los Ancares in El Bierzo following the Sil River; along to the plains crossed by the Duero River, covering the wine regions of Rueda, Ribera del Duero and Toro; and the southern boundary ending at the Alberche River and the Sierra de Gredos. At our vineyard we work to cultivate fruit that is aromatic and concentrated.
