WINEMAKER NOTES | Les Vignerons D’Estézargues is an organic co-op located in the Rhône that works with about 12 growers in the area. They are unique as they are one of the only co-ops of this size working with certified organic growers that make wine with natural principles. This year we worked with them on a private label that’s exclusive to Violette (label art by Abby Shiell). It’s a blend of Grenache, Syrah + Cinsault from different members of the COOP (all certified organic). Vinified and aged in stainless steel.
