WINEMAKER NOTES | Ross and Bee Maloof are making beautiful, lively organic wines in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. This wine is made from 80% Skin contact Pinot Gris, 15% Direct pressed, barrel fermented Riesling + 5% Skin contact Schönburger. All fermented separately and then blended.
A skin contact wine that’s a beautiful pink color, so could almost qualify as a rosé.
TASTING NOTES | Notes of pomegranate, strawberry, raspberry and fresh herbs. It’s dry and refreshing with great texture from the skin contact.
