WINEMAKER NOTES | Viña Laurent Culpable is sourced from the cool climate region of the Itata Valley and made by French born Damien Laurent. Laurent cut his winemaking teeth at his family’s estate in Bordeaux (Chateau L’Escart), then made his way to the Maipo Valley with his Chilean born wife, Lorena, to produce terroir-driven, delicious wines that are made in a natural style. This Pinot Noir is a contender for steal of the year—with its silky tannins, crunchy red fruits, ripe black cherry and a hint of baking spice.
TASTING NOTES | Its ruby red color and its intense aromas of red fruit such as strawberries and cherry are added to slight notes of moist earth and flowers. in the mouth is fresh and delicate the finish is vibrant and mineral.
PAIRING NOTES | Pair with tuna, grilled dorado or with a mushroom risotto.
