Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 slices of Sourdough Bread (or any Nashoba Brook Bakery Bread!)
Real Pickles Sauerkraut
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Pinch of Victoria’s Everything Bagel Spice (Elyssa’s Fave!)
Instructions:
1. Toast bread to your preference.
2. Put a half of the avocado on each of the slices of bread and mash it with the back of a fork.
3. Put your preferred amount of sauerkraut on each half.
4. Top with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Enjoy this nutritious snack!
