NECM KITCHEN CHORIZO SWEET CORN & BLACK BEAN TACOS
Pan seared Pig Rock chorizo with sweet onions, garlic, and chipotle. Served on a white corn tortilla topped with home-made Maine Grains black bean and sweet corn salsa. Finished with crumbled cotija cheese and cilantro crema.
Heating instructions –
Add small amount of oil to pan on medium heat. Add tortillas individually and slightly cook each side and season with salt and pepper
Heat up chorizo mixture in separate pan
Salsa can stay cold for a nice bite
Finish building tacos with chorizo, salsa, then crumbled cotija and cilantro crema. Add a squeeze of lime for extra acidity.
