Ahhh the Classic Caprese with juicy, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, and mozzarella…but make it a sandwich! Perfect to take on the road, to the beach, or for any meal. Don’t forget the balsamic drizzle on delicious sourdough. Simple and delicious!

Instructions:
1. Toast two pieces of your choice of bread.
2. Slice your tomato & fresh mozzarella (the Narragansett Mozzarella is already sliced!)
3. Stack the tomato, mozzarella, and basil on the bread.
4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and drizzle with balsamic
5. Assemble the top half of the bread, and cut in half to enjoy.
