Clarified butter…but better. Made in the traditional Ayurvedic style, they first culture their pure Jersey cream for 24 hours prior to churning it into butter in small batches. During the clarification process the rich flavor from the milk solids is steeped into the fat before straining, offering a clean smooth texture with deep nutty caramel notes. Virtually lactose-free and great for high heat cooking. Shelf stable out of sunlight for 3 months, refrigerated up to 1 year.
