All of their meats age for a minimum of 28 days to ensure a maximum of tenderness and flavor. The opportunities are endless with their ground turkey- turkey burgers, turkey meatballs, or even toss into some chili!
The ground turkey meat 90% lean coming from 75% Dark boneless, skinless thigh meat and 25% light meat from tenderloins. They are all hormone free but the turkey tenderloins are not antibiotic free. The turkey thighs which is the majority of the ground meat are antibiotic free.
