Kinnealey ground lamb mixed with an assortment of toasted coriander, cumin, fennel, roasted garlic, nutmeg. Mint
Served with a house made Romesco sauce, fresh mint, and 4 brioche slider buns.
Instructions:
Heat a skillet with a small amount of olive oil or butter and toast the brioche slider buns.
Season with salt and pepper and sear lamb patties on both sides until fully cooked.
Place lamb meat on slider, top with Romesco sauce, feta, and fresh mint.
