All of Local Capri cheeses are straight from Westfield Farm, a 20 acre farm located in Hubbardston, MA. All of their cheeses, with the exception of two new cow cheeses, are farm fresh and handmade with 100% goat milk. Their baby camembert is a smaller, plumper version of their traditional Camembert, filled with a mild but earthy taste that will melt in your mouth. It’s a perfect size for a busy cheese plate.
