All of Local Capri cheeses are straight from Westfield Farm, located in Hubbardston, MA. All of their cheeses, with the exception of two new cow cheeses, are farm fresh and handmade with 100% goat milk. This unique cheese is a surface ripened goat log that develops an absolutely striking blue rind around a fresh and tangy center. A medallion of Blue Log atop a steak or chop makes a memorable meal.
