LOCAL CAPRI GOAT CHEESE LOG (8 OZ.)
All of Local Capri cheeses are straight from Westfield Farm, located in Hubbardston, MA. All of their cheeses, with the exception of two new cow cheeses, are farm fresh and handmade with 100% goat milk. The plain logs remain their best selling goat cheese. The freshly made Capri is carefully pressed into logs, quickly chilled and then wrapped in a vacuum pack to ensure freshness for up to eight weeks.
