Storage: This flour product is stable when stored in a cool
(< 70F) and dry (45% moisture) environment. Under these conditions this product has a shelf life of 6 months. Shelf can be extended by storing in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Traceability: All bags bear a lot number which allows tracking of the product to a milling event and to the farm from which it came. The first six digits refer to the day, month and year of milling.
