This product was grown on certified organic farms.
Traceability: All bags bear a lot number which allows tracking of the product to a milling event and to the farm from which it came. The first six digits refer to the day, month and year of milling.

This farro is outstanding! It is nutty and a bit chewy which makes it a satisfying side as well as the star ingredient. We featured it cold in a grain bowl and it was just as delicious as the night before when we served it warm with a protein and veg. We ordered another bag in our next NECM order. Highly recommend.
