About the Winemaker | This tiny farm overlooking Lake Trasimeno on the northern-most cusp of Umbria is run by husband and wife Margaret and Guido Cantarelli. They recently passed the torch to their daughter Sabina to carry the farm into the next generation.
Tasting Notes | Garnet in color with aromas of cherry, wildflowers, and a trace of campfire smoke. Cherry, black cherry, trace of thyme and white pepper glide across good tannins and fresh acidity. A bitter streak accents red fruit on the spicy finish.
