NECM KITCHEN BOLOGNESE & CAESAR SALAD FAMILY DINNER (AVAILABLE OCT 26 – OCT 31)

Start with a Caesar Salad made with freshly chopped Romaine hearts, shaved parmesan, and homemade Iggy’s sourdough croutons. Finished with Cindy’s Kitchen Caesar dressing (on the side).
Chef Justin’s NECM Dinner Special is made with seasoned Kinnealey’s ground beef, seared and stewed in a mixture of carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and house-made sweet and savory marinara sauce. Finished with a blend of fresh herbs over a bed of fresh, Deano’s rigatoni pasta.
Mix together pasta and Bolognese from tin and transfer to large pot. Add marinara and chicken stock given in box and reduce until pasta is fully cooked/ Bolognese is preferred consistency. Transfer back to tin or bowl of choice. Finish with fresh parmesan and basil (included)
Mix dressing included and finish with croutons and fresh parmesan (included).
