Fresh egg noodle Tagliatelle pasta from Deano’s tossed in a house made marinara sauce topped with house made meatballs, finished with shaved parmesan cheese and basil.
Served with a side house salad made with arugula, mixed greens, medley grape tomatoes, red onions, English cucumbers, and Iggy’s sourdough croutons. With a side of Newbridge Café famous house dressing.
Instructions;
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place meatballs in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes covered
In a large pan add the pasta mixed with sauce, add ¼ cup water to pasta and sauce and cook on medium heat until hot and still “al dente”
Add back to tin tray or personal dish and top with meatballs, parmesan cheese, and basil included
