Ingredients: Pork, bacon, (pork belly, salt, brown sugar, white pepper, sodium nitrite, ghost chili), bourbon whiskey, salt, less than 1% of the following: mustard seed, ginger, garlic, black pepper, lactic acid starter culture, dextrose, water, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.
