Kafe Hawaij.

Your baked goods and hot drinks will be transformed with an addition of the Kafe hawaij. Made from cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and clove, the Kafe Hawaij was brought to Israel from Yemen and is traditionally used in fresh coffee to indulge in a cup that’s warm, sweet and pungent.
Think of this fragrant blend as the Middle Eastern pumpkin spice.
