‘Green Wave’, is a popular green mustard variety known for curly edges, larger leaves, and a sweet bite with spicy-kick. The leaves are rich in vitamins K, C, and A.’Green Wave’ is sweeter tasting than other mustard greens, but still has the “bite” of a traditional mustard green.
