Firm and lean with a mild delicate flavor profile, black sea bass has a tender, flaky texture best roasted, broiled or pan seared to get a crispy skin.

I’ve ordered this several times. Always fresh, nice sized fillets. One of our family’s favorites. Pan seared with a white wine brown butter sauce with some fresh lemon and parsley- delicious!
