The Popover Lady – Toasted Onion (4 Pack)

The Popover Lady started from the local Boston area Farmer’s Markets in 2009, selling popovers, pies, scones, and other baked goods. In 2017, she found a place at Boston Public Market to share this New England food with more people. We hope travelers can taste the flavor of New England. We hope residents would have the taste of home.

What Is Popover?
Popover is a light roll made from an egg batter similar to that of Yorkshire pudding with a crisp, fluffy texture. It is usually served alongside a centerpiece roast, a treat at holidays, and at Sunday dinner. You can serve warm, savory popovers at breakfast with jam and butter, or alongside soup or salad at lunch. However, at the Popover Lady, you can have it in a non-traditional way: the empty center of a popover makes it a ready-made, edible container, just waiting to be filled.
