Created in partnership with Nettle Meadow Farm and Artisan Cheese, this Truffle Kunik is a triple crème wheel made from goat’s milk and cow cream. This tangy, buttery cheese features a delicate layer Truffle Sauce By The Truffleist, adding an earthy, savory finish.
Founded by Jimmy Kunz in 2013, The Truffleist produces handcrafted, small-batch truffle based products out of their Long Island City, Queens facility. “Mushrooms are delicious and mysterious”, says Kunz.” As the only mushroom that grows underground, the science behind truffles is fascinating”.
