Veggie Pinwheels (DF, Vegan)

Celebrate crisp, fresh, colorful produce with these vegetable pinwheel rollups! Made with Joseph’s wraps, Fauxmaggio plant based cheese: rich & creamy dairy-free and vegan – with a variety of flavors to choose from – and thinly sliced colorful veggies!  Red & yellow peppers, peeled carrot and cucumber ribbons, lettuce, Giant Gorilla microgreens, and purple cabbage for the ultimate pop of color & crunch!

1. Place the wrap on a cutting board and take 2-3 tablespoons of your choice of Fauxmaggio and spread evenly over the entire wrap.
2. Place the sliced vegetables in the lower half of the wrap and roll from the bottom up tightly and carefully, ensuring there is some extra space at the top of the wrap, as the items may move as you roll.
3. Slice in 1.5-2 inch pinwheels (~5-6 pinwheels)
