Asparagus with Toasted Almonds & Parmesan

These days we implement greens in each meal of the day! Which means creativity is paramount. While we love wrapping asparagus in puff pastry, or prosciutto – but have you tried it with toasted almonds and CHEESE? Sarah is here to lead the way!



  1. Add 1 tbsp olive oil & 2 tbsp of water to pan
  2. Wash & trim asparagus & add to pan
  3. Sauté asparagus for 5-6 min
  4. Add sliced almonds and toast for 1-2 more min
  5. Remove from pan and top with parmesan
