Chicken Parm Nachos

We partnered with the carbo queen herself, Kaylee from Rhode Island. She is famous for finding the best versions of chicken parm around New England. When Kaylee mentioned she could make chicken parm nachos using NECM products – we couldn’t resist! Enjoy this fun take on a classic favorite dish. Great for appetizers, football pregames, and birthday parties.



  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil and set aside
  3. Whisk together eggs and garlic in a shallow dish
  4. Add chicken into the egg mixture, and dredge in the breadcrumbs until all sides are completed coated in breadcrumbs
  5. Add oil to a medium sized frying pan. Once the oil bubbles, add chicken and fry until cooked completely (5mins each side)
  6. Slice fried chicken into strips
  7. Cook pasta according to package
  8. Place tortilla chips on the greased baking sheet – top with chicken, pasta, marinara, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese
  9. Bake until cheese is melted, then add parsley for garnish
