Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

While we have a BIG addiction to our BeBold energy bars, there is something fun about DIY. Many of us have been home for over a year and have been trying to find creative ways to stay busy (baking, cooking, binging etc.). Why not stray from baking, or spending too many hours watching Netflix and create your own protein bars! This one tray creates TONS of bars to last you and your family all week long. Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl ⁣
  2. Start adding wet ingredients, stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined⁣
  3. Fold in chocolate chips ⁣
  4. Line 8×8 dish with parchment paper and transfer dough⁣
  5. Pack down dough and flatten with spatula⁣
  6. Add more chocolate chips on top and sprinkle with sea salt ⁣
  7. Place in freezer to set for 30 minutes ⁣
  8. Remove and cut into bars⁣
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week⁣
