Everything Bagels with Chive Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon and SO much more!
Yom Kippur is right around the corner. If you observe, we have everything you need to break-the-fast. One of our favorites is this simple yet fancy bagel and smoked salmon recipe from our amazing partner, Chris. As a matter of fact, we love this recipe so much — we think it’s wonderful for breakfast, brunch, AND lunch!
Ingredients:
- Everything Bagels
- 1/2 lb Chive Cream Cheese
- Asian Mix Salad
- Pea Shoots
- Traditional Scottish Style Smoked Salmon
- Heirloom Tomatoes
- 1-2 Lemon
- Red Onion
Directions:
- Slice bagels in half and toast
- Wash Heirloom Tomatoes, Asian Mix Salad, Lemons, & Peashoots
- Slice Heirloom Tomatoes, Red Onion, Lemon
- After Bagels are toasted & cooled off, Chive Cream Cheese on bottom half of each bagel
- Layer on Heirloom Tomatoes, then Asian Mix
- Add Slice of Smoked Salmon
- Top with Thinly Sliced Red Onion & Lemon
- Finish off with Farmstead Gardens Peashoots
