Everything Bagels with Chive Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon and SO much more!

Yom Kippur is right around the corner. If you observe, we have everything you need to break-the-fast. One of our favorites is this simple yet fancy bagel and smoked salmon recipe from our amazing partner, Chris. As a matter of fact, we love this recipe so much — we think it’s wonderful for breakfast, brunch, AND lunch!


  • Everything Bagels 
  • 1/2 lb Chive Cream Cheese
  • Asian Mix Salad 
  • Pea Shoots 
  • Traditional Scottish Style Smoked Salmon
  • Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1-2 Lemon 
  • Red Onion 


  1. Slice bagels in half and toast
  2. Wash Heirloom Tomatoes, Asian Mix Salad, Lemons, & Peashoots
  3. Slice Heirloom Tomatoes, Red Onion, Lemon
  4. After Bagels are toasted & cooled off, Chive Cream Cheese on bottom half of each bagel
  5. Layer on Heirloom Tomatoes, then Asian Mix 
  6. Add Slice of Smoked Salmon
  7. Top with Thinly Sliced Red Onion & Lemon 
  8. Finish off with Farmstead Gardens Peashoots
