Garlic Parmesan Truffle Chicken Wings

Sunday’s favorite food taken to a WHOLE new level! See you later buffalo chicken, and honey hot – make some room for the garlic parmesan truffle! Follow along with us and Chris Phat while we mix up another inventive and delicious home-cooked meal. Perfect for football watching or pretty much anything else. YUM!


  • 2 – 4 Ibs Party Wings 
  • Fresh Parsley Bunch
  • Parmigiano Reggiano 
  • Regalis Black Truffle Butter 
  • Regalis Black Truffle Salt
  • Chef’s Black Pepper Grind 
  • Peeled Garlic 


  1. Rinse Party Wings in a Large Bowl of Water & Vinegar
  2. Wash parsley Separately 
  3. Grate Parmesan Cheese into a Small Mixing Bowl 
  4. Finely Chop Parsley Leaves & Garlic Cloves
  5. Add Chopped Parsley & Garlic to Grated Parmesan
  6. Add a Couple Pinches of Black Truffle Salt to the Mixture & Season with Black Pepper to taste
  7. Deep Fry Chicken Wings on High Heat /Air Fry for about 25-30 minutes or until desired crispness
  8. Toss Fried Chicken Wings with Black Truffle Butter & Parmesan Truffle Mixture 
  9. Garnish with Extra Parmesan & Parsley 
  10. Serve Immediately
