Garlic Parmesan Truffle Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
- 2 – 4 Ibs Party Wings
- Fresh Parsley Bunch
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Regalis Black Truffle Butter
- Regalis Black Truffle Salt
- Chef’s Black Pepper Grind
- Peeled Garlic
Directions:
- Rinse Party Wings in a Large Bowl of Water & Vinegar
- Wash parsley Separately
- Grate Parmesan Cheese into a Small Mixing Bowl
- Finely Chop Parsley Leaves & Garlic Cloves
- Add Chopped Parsley & Garlic to Grated Parmesan
- Add a Couple Pinches of Black Truffle Salt to the Mixture & Season with Black Pepper to taste
- Deep Fry Chicken Wings on High Heat /Air Fry for about 25-30 minutes or until desired crispness
- Toss Fried Chicken Wings with Black Truffle Butter & Parmesan Truffle Mixture
- Garnish with Extra Parmesan & Parsley
- Serve Immediately
