- 4 oz. Fresh Bucatini
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
Directions:
- Boil thawed Bucatini in salted water for about 2 minutes.
- Melt butter in pan and stir in black pepper.
- Scoop pasta into pan with butter and pepper, along with about 1/4 cup pasta cooking water.
- Stir in grated cheese until sauce becomes glossy, adding more pasta water if needed. Serve with more black pepper and grated cheese.
