Maple Glazed Scallops with Pomegranate

Seafood only for summer? NO WAY! In New England, we have access to the freshest fish year-round. Luckily, our friend Sarah is here to walk us through an amazing fall scallop dish. With notes of maple, pomegranate, and balsamic – you’ll be in the mood for pumpkin spice lattes and stuffing! Happy fall ya’ll!



  1. Bring pan to med/high heat
  2. Add olive oil & maple syrup
  3. Rinse & dry scallops
  4. Add to pan with garlic & balsamic vinegar & sauté for 7-8 min
  5. Remove from heat & top with pomegranate seeds
