Start your morning with something LEAN, MEAN, and GREEN! We have all the ingredients you need to create something nutritious and delicious for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.

Even better, freeze these in paper cups with popsicle sticks for a DIY all natural popsicle – yum.


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup cubbed pineapple
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach
  • Desired amount of almond milk, oat milk, and/or yogurt (the more yogurt the thicker the smoothie)
  • Desired amount of fresh ginger
  • Ice


  1. Combine all items in a blender and ENJOY!
