Peach & Burrata Flatbread


Another super simple, amazingly delicious home run recipe from our friend, The Coastal Yogi. Double up on ingredients, you won’t be able to make this flatbread once!
Ingredients:
- Tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 6-8oz Pesto sauce
- 4oz Blue cheese
- 1-2 Fresh peaches (sliced)
- Torn basil
- S&P
- 4-6oz Fresh burrata
- Balsamic vinegar
- Honey
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450*
2. Grease baking sheet with olive oil
2. Using flour, roll out pizza dough
3. Place dough on baking sheet and cover with pesto sauce
4. Top with blue cheese, 2-3 slices peaches, fresh shredded basil & S+P
5. Bake for 12-15mins (until crust is golden brown)
6. Top with torn fresh burrata and add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, and honey
