Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • zest from 1 orange
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Salt + fresh cracked pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl
  2. Ensure all ingredients are room temp and combine using a blender (if possible) – dress salad before serving
