Did you get a chance to try our NECM sushi kits? They were a HIT! One of the most fun recipes to come out of this NECM Kitchen offering was Jackie’s spicy salmon salad. Maybe you only like raw fluke or tuna…fine, sub out the salmon for those. As long as the fish is super fresh and sushi grade (hint hint, get your fish from us), the salad will be delightful.
- Chop up sushi grade salmon (fish) very finely + mix in some panko (however much you prefer)
- Dice the ripe avocado and gently fold it in the salmon salad⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- In a separate bowl whisk together mayo + Sriracha (to taste) Squeeze a little lime. Whisk together. Pour + stir over the salmon + avo and there you have it⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Serve with homemade tortilla chips!
